Food photography

Jean Cazals is an awards winner London based food photographer. He gained his BA Hons. in Visual Communication at the London College of Printing. Went back to Paris to shoot reportage for the ECPA (French governmental dept.). After 2 years, he returned to London to shoot successfully a decade of portraiture for editorial, advertising & design clients. He had a stint for 2 years shooting commercial . Loving food and travel for years brought him naturally to turn his lens on food & lifestyle which he thoroughly enjoy! Jean is as well shooting commercials but with food this time ! He has lately become an author and producing books on food & Travel .

He shoots from his studio based in Notting Hill when he isn’t travelling overseas for his international clients. His approach is clean, graphic and moody, based on natural light, elegant styling & food presentation which are very important for him.

 

Jean’s time is divided between editorial, advertising and books.
